Conditions of Use
Production
Personalized items setup and editing. Production times will vary based on seasonal changes, stock conditions and changes in order volume. Most personalized items take 2-5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping
In-Stock non-personalized items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Non -personalized items ordered with personalized items will be held until personalized items are ready to ship. At the current time we only ship to the U.S.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California. We materially operate in California only and have no other presence in any other state.
Return Policy
Non Personalized Items
Non personalized items may be returned in unopen and sellable condition for 30 days from date of receipt. This does not include personal use, food or perishable items. Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. Original shipping is paid to a third party and is not refundable. Returns must be shipped via a trackable method like Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or FedEx. We cannot be refund any return not shipped using a trackable method.
Personalized Items
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned.
Food and Perishable Items
Food and perishable items can only be returned if the delivery is refused and the carton is not opened. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any food or perishable item that has been accepted for delivery.
Errors and Omissions
Order errors and omissions made due to our error will be replaced or refunded. Return shipping will be paid or reimbursed at our expense. Errors and omissions made by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
Email, Mailing List and Communication
We reserve the right to use phone and email communication to follow up with existing and past customers. We follow the CAN SPAM act and do not send unsolicited emails. By placing an order with us, you agree to be added to our mailing list. However, when you receive our newsletter you will have the opportunity to opt-out of future newsletters. Our newseltter contains tips and useful information plus promotional offers.
