FAQ'SQ. How do I place an order and enter the details for my order? When placing your order click on the BUY NOW button for the item you would like to order. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can update/adjust the quantity of the item you would like to order. From here you can either click on the KEEP SHOPPING or CHECKOUT button. **We always send a proof of your order to get your approval before we actually print it., once you approve your order, it will take 2 -5 business days to process your order depending on the size, shipping not included in process time. Q. How much do I have to pay up front at time of ordering? Payment is due in full. Once you are satisfied with your proof, and you decide to place an order, your payment is due at that time. Q. What are your payment options? We accecpt Visa and Mc via paypal and personal checks. If paying by personal check your order will not be processed until your check has cleared. Q. Do you charge sales tax? Yes, California residents add 9.25% sales tax to all orders. Q. What if I want a custom design? Any of our items can be customed designed, you can add a photo or a logo at no additional charge. Q. How far in advance must I place an order? It is always best to order as far in advance as possible. We ask that at a minimum, you allow 2 weeks for design changes, producing the wrappers and shipping. For Birth Announcements, it is best to pre-design the wrapper in advance by choosing your background and most of the text, fonts, colors, etc. This way, when you call or email the birth details, the bars can be prepared quickly. Changes due to gender or multiple births will not count as a design change. Q. Which type of events can I use your products for? ANY OCCASION IMAGINABLE! Any design can be customized to fit the theme of your party or event and the wording will be whatever you want (space permitting). Q. Am I limited to the designs shown on your site? Absolutely NOT! We have thousands of design options and characters available that are not yet listed on our site. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site, we probably have it or we will do our best to try to make exactly what you would like. Please contact us with any special requests. (Additional design fees may apply, but rarely do!) Q. Can I get a proof of my order e-mailed to me? YES! We always send a proof of your order to get your approval before we actually print it. Q. Can I just order the wrappers and wrap them onto my own candy? Of course, in fact it's recommended, especially in the summer time! wrapping them onto your own candy bar can save you $$$ if you have the time and patience to wrap them yourself! Easy instructions will be included. We also sell the bars completly wrapped for your convenience. Q. How do I store my chocolates upon delivery? Your chocolates should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat. We recommend storing your chocolates in a dry and cool place. If you live in a warm/hot climate you should store your chocolates in a cool closet. We do not recommend refrigerating your chocolate as this will create a change in your chocolate's appearance and the moisture can ruin the custom wrappers. Please do not freeze! Q. How do I put my wrappers on the bars? If you order just the wrapper, easy to follow instructions will be included with your order. Please leave the original wrapper on the bars in place so you are not infringing on any patents and place your custom wrapper over the original wrapper. Your custom wrapper can be attached using a glue stick, we provide you with one to get you started, One glue stick goes a long way. Q. Where do I purchase discount chocolate bars? You can purchase bulk bars at any Cosco, Sam's or BJ's wholesale clubs. The boxes are typically 36 bars/box. You must be a member of these wholesale clubs to make any purchases. There is a fee for membership. Smart & Final also sells the candy bars and you don't have to have a membership. Q. What should I do if my bars are received and are melted? DO NOT HANDLE THEM, allow them to cool at room temperature and re-solidify. Do not place them in a refrigerator or freezer, this will cause them to 'bloom.' 'Blooming' is when the oils in the cocoa butter come out of the chocolate and form a white residue on the chocolate surface. There is nothing wrong with chocolate that is blooming, it just may not taste as good as fresh chocolate and is usually more brittle. Q. Do you have a minimum order? Yes, most items require a 10 to 20 item minimum, this info will be posted next to the item. Q. How do the labels adhere to the bottles, Bubbles, & plah-doh? We use self-stick labels to make it easy for you to adhere. Q. How do I adhere the wrapper around the candy bar? The best way to secure the wrapper is using a glue stick or double sided tape. Wrapping instructions are also included with every order, we include 1 glue stick to get you started. Q. Can I choose a different font style, change the font color or use a different graphic from another candy wrapper? YES! There are many font styles and colors to choose from. Coordinate your wrapper to match your wedding colors, birthday party theme, baby shower colors, bridal shower theme, or create your own personalized wrapper. Q. Can I add a photograph? YES! We can add a photo to most of our items, Add your logo to a miniature wrapper, or mintbooks and make a great business card! Logos can also be added to Magnets, cards, stickers, or most of our products. The first photo is included, there is an addt'l charge of $4 per order for another photo, if you want more then 2 photo's on your item please contact us. Photos tips The following tips are important to achieve a high quality picture. (the better quality of the image, the better the wrapper will look.) 1) Choose a photo that is well lit and close up. We would need some background to frame the face, but too much background can result in a blurry picture after it has been cropped. 2) When using a photo of a couple, it is important that their heads be close together in the picture. 3) If scanning, scan your photograph at 150 to 600 dpi. 4) When scanning you photo save it in one of these formats: here is the image quality scale from highest to lowest: ".TIF", ".BMP", and ".JPG". 5) Do not crop your picture, we will crop for best results. Q. Can I cancel or Return my Order? Your order can be canceled only once you are sent an email of your design for approval. Once you approve your design and payment is recieved, we start right away on your order, Because of the personalized nature of our business, our products can not be returned, unless there was an error on our part, such as incorrect date, misspelled names or omitting names, if the error is on our part we will promptly replace or refund your order. If an item is returned to us unopened because it was refused or declared undeliverable, you have the option to re-ship and to pay the additional shipping charges. We assume no liability for products damaged during shipping or packages lost or improperly delivered by the freight carrier. You must file your claim directly with the freight carrier for reimbursement. If you would like your products shipped it might be a good idea to pay the extra insurance charge. Q.Are your wrappers/Labels cut? YES! All our wrappers/Labels are cut and ready to wrap when you receive them. No extra charge for cut wrappers! Just grab a glue stick (one is provided with each order of wrappers only) or double sided tape and happy wrapping! Q. What is the turn around time? We ship all of our orders by US Priority Mail unless you note otherwise. Please allow 4 days for all customized orders to be prepared. If you need your order sooner, please call or email us to make sure that we can ship your order out to you within your required time frame. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 business days (not a guaranteed service). Questions About Our Diaper Cakes Q. What is a diaper cake? Diaper cakes, or baby shower cakes, are rolled up diapers that are stacked to resemble a tiered cake. Useful baby items such as hooded towels, receiving blankets, bibs and burp cloths are wrapped around the layers and extra special goodies such as toys, pacifiers, nail clippers, socks, toiletries, etc. are tucked in to make the ultimate baby gift! Perfect for a new mom, but also great for 2nd ,3rd and beyond time parents too, after all, what could be more practical for any new arrival than diapers? A diaper cake makes a beautiful centerpiece if you are hosting a shower, so it can do double duty and save you money by being the centerpiece and the gift! Or-What a nice, practical gift to bring to the hospital that goes beyond the usual balloons and flowers! (although just as beautiful and thoughtful) Q. What is included in ‘misc baby items’? Miscellaneous baby items are useful gifts added to diaper cakes to make them even more special. They will vary to coordinate with the theme of the cake. Each item is subject to availability so we reserve the right to substitute items that may be pictured for those of equal or greater value. If you see something pictured on a cake that you want to make sure is not substituted, email us and we will do our best to make sure the item is included on the cake. Misc. baby items may include, but are not limited to: Toys, nail clippers, nail files, nail scissors, baby shampoo, baby bath, baby powder, baby lotion, baby oil, Q-tips, baby rash ointment, socks, rubber ducks, rattles, pacifiers, toothbrushes, baby spoons, baby washcloths, combs, brushes, medicine droppers, diaper pins. Q. Do you do custom orders? Absolutely! Just email us with what you have in mind and we will create something extra special just for you. We will even work off of a BabiesRUs gift registry. Match your party theme or a nursery, create a special cake for twins, add a certain toy, or diaper size, create a cake for a 1st birthday, the only limit is your (and our) imagination. Q.What size diapers do you use? We use size 1 diapers. If you would like a different size, just email us and we will be glad to accommodate you. Q. What is your return policy for Diaper cakes? Because our diaper cakes are custom or homemade-All Sales are final. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If there is an error with your order, it should be reported within 5 days of picking up or 5 days from receipt of your shipment. Error correction is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. All other return policy rules above apply for diaper cakes also. Q. Do you ship your products?< />b> Yes we will ship your order. We understand that life is busy, We do deliver to a local location (call for details). We ship all of our orders by US Priority Mail unless you note otherwise. Please allow 3 to 5 days for all customized orders to be prepared, this is not including shipping transit. If you need your order sooner, please call or email us to make sure that we can ship your order out to you within your required time frame. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days (not a guaranteed service). Rush Delivery is available for orders needed in less than 5 days at $15.00 per order. This fee is in addition to regular shipping costs. Kreative Designs recommends ordering wrappers only during the summer months or when shipping to locations with year-round warm climates. To prevent melting of the chocolate, if you do order the complete favors with chocolate, we highly recommend recipients be present at the time of delivery. Kreative Designs cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that melt or become damaged during shipment unless shipped by Overnight Express Mail at the extra cost. Q. Will my Personal Information be shared with others? We do not keep, share or sell anyone's personal information. We respect our customer's right to their privacy and we protect all of our customer's information. Q. Can I pick up my order or have it delivered? We are located in Inglewood, CA.
