Shipping & Returns

Shipping is separate from the time it takes to us to create your order.  Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and your zip code.  The shopping cart will charge shipping based on USPS rates. When your order ships, you will be provided with a USPS tracking number.

Shipping Chocolate
Because your order is custom made just for you,
please allow 3-7 days processing time on most orders.
Processing time is in addition to delivery time.

We STRONGLY recommend ordering Wrappers only during HOT weather and purchasing the chocolate locally. If you choose to order chocolate in warmer weather May - September (depending on where we're shipping to)., we offer Ice Packs which are $5 extra per order, if you do not order the ice packs with your order we will not be responsible if your chocolate melts during shipping.

                                                         What is your refund policy?

 Products that are personalized can't be returned for a refund.  If we make an error on your order, we will quickly replace your product free. We will ship whatever method needed at our cost to make sure your order gets to you on time. If you make an error on your order, we will replace your order at a discount (discount varies depending on product ordered). Shipping costs for the reprint will be your responsibility.  Please contact within 3 days of product receipt (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors

Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness or colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors.  The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation.

If an order arrives damaged (other than melting issues), we must be notified within 3 business days of you receiving the package.  This is a requirement of the shipping carrier. You must keep your original box and packaging as the shipping carrier may need to inspect.


**Please note that once packages have left our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If shipping company has documentation that a package was delivered, Kreative Designs can not be held liable.
